Can I choose which detergent is used?
Yes! Our slogan is "You choose, we use". Select from leading brands including Ariel, Persil, Bold, Daz, Surf, and Fairy Non-Bio. You can also bring your own preferred detergent if you wish.
How long does a wash take?
A typical wash cycle takes about 30-40 minutes, and drying takes about 30 minutes. You can complete your entire laundry in approximately one hour.
What size machines do you have?
We have modern Electrolux machines ranging from 7.5kg to 16kg capacity. Our 16kg machines are perfect for large items like duvets, sleeping bags, and bulky bedding.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes! Drop off your service wash in the morning and collect clean, dry, and beautifully folded laundry the same afternoon. Perfect for when you need a quick turnaround.
Can I bring my own detergent?
Absolutely! You're welcome to use your own preferred detergent or fabric softener if you wish. We're all about giving you the choice.

What are your early bird hours?
We offer a special promotional rate on our 9kg Electrolux washers between 9am and 10am, Monday to Friday. It's a great way to save money if you can do your laundry during these off-peak hours.
Can you wash duvets and sleeping bags?
Yes! Our 16kg extra-large capacity machines are perfect for washing large items like duvets, sleeping bags, and bulky bedding that won't fit in a standard home washing machine.

Do you accept card payments?
Our self-service machines are coin-operated. For service wash, we accept both cash and card payments. There's also a change machine on-site for your convenience.
